In the second race of the Britcar season, Moore Racing took an early class lead with Mike Gardiner at the wheel. Forced to pit early due to bodywork damage, Mike soon regained ground. Handing over to Paul Fenton, the team executed a slick pit-stop to allow Paul to regain the lead in the class. Only a late safety car and a (minor) technical infringement leading to a stop-go penalty prevented a class win at this exciting race. The team were pleased to finish 10th from 24 starters and 2nd in class.
