On 20 March 2004 Moore Racing completed their first Britcar race in an E36 M3. With Jonathan Berney and Paul Fenton putting in an hour each at the wheel, a wets-to-slicks tyre change, 10 second stop-go penalty and a need to conserve fuel in the final laps the car finished a respectable 19th out of the line up of 33 cars.
